Any specified timeframes advices to you are an estimate based on the past week’s unlocking activities and are provided as a reference, not a commitment.

Our services include: “network lookup services” and “official IMEI unlocking services”.

2. ASSUMPTIONS

We assume that customers have familiarized themselves with the information, fully acknowledge and fully understand the meaning of all information available and published on our website.

3. LEGALITY OF SERVICE

All the services provided on this website are fully compliant with European and North American legal regulations. If you are ordering from outside of these two continents, please ensure to and be fully responsible for verify the legality of our services in your local jurisdiction before placing an order.

4. SERVICE TIMELINE

The prices and delivery times are provided as quoted. Delivery times are reference determined by the respective networks.

Once your order has been paid for, it cannot be canceled. Costs associated with any of the actions “Pre-Orders”, “Eligibility Checks”, and “Unlocking” shall be applied immediately upon order placement. By selecting Credit/ Debit Payment, you are indicating your desire for the order to commence right away.

7. REFUND POLICY

9. CUSTOMER ERROR

For orders that have already been fulfilled and where customer errors have led to incorrect data provision about the handset, no modifications can be made, and refunds cannot be issued in such cases.

If an order is still pending fulfillment and the customer has supplied incorrect data, we will make an effort to cancel the existing order and replace it with the correct details. If the cancellation is successful, the delivery time for the new order will begin from the point of change, not from the initial order processing. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If the order cannot be canceled, the customer will need to place a new order with the correct information.

10. “UNAVAILABLE” UNLOCK

This status indicates that unlocking the iPhone has not been successful, and further investigation is necessary to determine the cause.

11. DATA BACKUP

Restoring your device is not required unless it's a jailbroken iPhone, in which case, you must remove the jailbreak before unlocking (you can reapply it later without any issues).

Customers with a jailbroken iPhone before unlocking are strongly advised to ensure that their 'Contacts,' 'Messages,' and any other important data are appropriately backed up and synchronized with iTunes before attempting the unlocking process.

We shall NOT be held responsible for any loss of customer data that may occur for any reason.

12. PRIVACY POLICY

We will always take reasonable precautions to securely store all the personal information you provide to us, following industry-standard practices.

Your personal information will only be retained for the purpose of processing your order(s).

You can request the complete removal of your details from our database at any time.

We will never share any of your details with a third party without your prior consent, unless under specific circumstances regulated under the laws.

We do not store customer payment card details; these are directly forwarded to our payment provider(s) solely for payment purposes.

13. FRAUD & DECEPTION

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any efforts to acquire our services through dishonest means. We promptly report such fraudulent attempts to the appropriate credit agencies and authorities.

In our efforts to combat fraud, we are obligated to record the IP addresses of customer computers throughout the entire purchasing and delivery process.

Any instances of attempted fraud against our company are referred to our specialized Debt Collection and Fraud Department. We collaborate closely with Nochex, Dalpay, Google, Internet Service Providers, Law Courts, and various Global Debt Recovery agencies to successfully substantiate that our services have been digitally provided in cases of fraud or claims of non-receipt. We have a track record of recovering funds in cases where payments have been reversed or charged back.

If we are reasonably certain that a customer is trying to defraud our company, we will not only seek to recover the funds but also issue an invoice demanding payment, which includes £100 administration fee. Customers are given a 30-day grace period to settle the invoice. After this period, an additional administration fee of £50 per month will be added to the outstanding debt, and interest will accrue at a rate of 8% per annum (0.6% per month). If the invoice remains unpaid after 90 days, we will pursue legal action through the courts and engage our debt collection agents.

In the event of disputes arising from service delivery within the United Kingdom, particularly related to eligibility checks and completed unlocks, we will seek resolution through the United Kingdom's Small Claims Court, accompanied by a £350 administration charge, and we will send a claim notice to the address we have on record.

If a dispute arises due to the use of a stolen credit card, we will presume that the device associated with the transaction is also stolen. Consequently, we will immediately blacklist the IMEI, rendering the phone permanently inoperable.

14. TERMINATION OF ORDERS

We maintain the privilege to cancel the order of any customer who displays any type of verbal mistreatment or hostility toward our staff, whether it's expressed verbally or in written form. In such cases, all communication with these customers will cease, and all related correspondence will be directed to our legal department. Additionally, customers exhibiting such behavior would also lose their eligibility for a refund in this situation.

15. BARRED HANDSETS

When a mobile phone is reported as lost or stolen, it may be marked as 'Blacklisted' (also referred to as 'Blocked' or 'Barred'). This action prohibits its usage on any of the major mobile networks in the UK. Determining whether a 'SIM Locked' or 'SP Locked' handset is 'Blacklisted' on a specific network or across all major networks is not feasible without initially undergoing the 'unlock' process through our services. Consequently, if we proceed with the unlock and you subsequently discover that the phone is indeed flagged as lost, stolen, or abused, we are unable to issue a refund for your payment. We will perform the requested service, but it is not legally possible for us to make a 'blacklisted' handset functional again.

Our price matching policy does not apply to network providers directly, and the companies seeking price matching shall be UK VAT registered and possess a valid telephone number as displayed. Price matching requests can only be submitted before completing the purchase.
